Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 3 days of receipt by contacting info@madeq.shop.
We provide exchanges for incorrect sizes within 3 days of delivery. Please note that CO2 canisters, saddle straps, sprays, and Animo products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
Return Condition
All returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and include all parts, accessories, and instructions.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees, including freight, service charges, hazardous material fees, oversize charges, and drop-ship fees, are non-refundable and are the responsibility of the customer.
