Refund policy
OUR RETURN POLICY
We take pride in ensuring all products meet our quality and safety standards. For this reason, our return and exchange policy is very strict and differs from product to product.
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you must contact our customer service team within 3 calendar days of receiving your order to request an exchange or a refund.
No refunds will be issued on any sale items, airbag, body protector, helmet, or footwear, underwear purchase under any circumstances; size exchanges only. Requests made after 3 calendar days will not be accepted.
All exchanged products must be unused, unworn, and returned in the original packaging with all parts, accessories, tags, and instruction manuals included. Please retain all packaging and documentation until you are certain the size is correct.
If the returned items show any signs of wear, use, damage, alteration, or missing components, the exchange/refund will be denied, and the product will be returned to you at your expense.
CO2 Canisters, saddle straps, sprays, Animo, and sale products are final sale and are not refundable, returnable, or exchangeable under any circumstances.
Shipping, freight, service charges, hazardous materials fees, oversize fees, and drop-ship fees are non-refundable.
All shipping costs for returning or exchanging items are the sole responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
Exchanges:
Due to the nature of our return policy, refunds are not provided on airbag vests, body protectors, helmets, or footwear. All returns are eligible for exchange or store credit only, and only within the guidelines stated in our Return Policy.
CO2 Canisters, saddle straps, sprays, Animo, and sale products are final sale and are not returnable or exchangeable under any circumstances.
Refunds:
Refunds are available for all other apparel (i.e., show jackets, breeches, and tops) within 3 days of receiving your order. All items must be returned, received, and inspected before a refund will be issued. Refunds are only eligible for items that are returned unused, unworn, and in the original packaging with all parts, accessories, tags, and instruction manuals included. If the items show any signs of wear, use, damage, alterations, or missing components, the refund will be denied, and the product will be returned to you at your expense.
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your exchange/refund request.
If your exchange is approved, we will proceed with sending the replacement item. Please note, credit or cash refunds will not be issued under any circumstances.
