We must hear from you regarding a return within 3 days of receiving your order. Airbags and helmets can be exchanged for a new size; no refunds are available for these products. All Animo products, airbag accessories, footwear, and sale items are final sale. Other apparel, like show jackets and breeches, is eligible for refunds.
We are unable to accept returns on sale items and airbag. These will be carefully marked before purchase.
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Order handling time is 2-5 days, depending on holidays. Shipping is on average between 3-7 days.

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase. We do our best to keep a flat rate of $25 USD.
